Simon Martin CBRE Professor of Real Estate Finance, Henley Business School, University of Reading

Simon joined Henley in September 2008.  Prior to that Simon was a founding partner of the international real estate investment manager, Curzon Global Partners (latterly renamed AEW).  Simon spent 10 years at Curzon leading their European research & strategy team.  Prior to that he served at the property firms DTZ and CBRE.  He remains a Senior Adviser to AEW, serves as an Adviser to his former CEO’s real estate investment management firm, Tristan Capital Partners and is an Associate of the economic consultancy, Lombard Street Research.
