Will joined ING in 2003 in London as Director of European Separate Accounts.

In 2006 he relocated to The Hague as Head of European Transactions and extended his role to CIO in 2008 with responsibility for asset management. Will is a member of RICS and ULI. He also chairs ING Real Estate’s European Investment Committee.
