Mike Phillips is finance editor of Estates Gazette. As well as regularly breaking financial property news for the magazine and EGi website, Mike has appeared on CNBC to discuss stories in the sector, and recently wrote a research paper for the Investment Property Forum on real estate debt. In 2007 he won the Periodical Training Council’s young business news journalist of the year award.
