Robert Bonwell is responsible for supporting the needs of Jones Lang LaSalle’s core occupier relationship clients and driving the growth of Corporate Solutions business as a European Board Member.

Robert has over 25 years of real estate experience and has been involved in European Real Estate services for over 16 years as an advisor and principal.  His experience includes consulting, property management, portfolio dispositions, structured finance sales, transaction management, and development for occupiers across Europe.  Key client relationships have been across a number of industry sectors and have included Barclays, Deutsche Bank, ExxonMobil, WPP, Honeywell and Microsoft.

Education and Affiliations
Robert holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and an M.B.A. in International Business from Henley Business School.  Other qualifications include London Business School in Corporate Finance and Ashridge Management College in International Business Management.

 

Robert is a member of CoreNet, and is a past Executive Board Director in IDRC Europe.  He is also a member of the British Council of Offices Occupiers Group and has been a speaker at European Conferences for CoreNet in Copenhagen, the British Council of Offices in Dublin, and The Property Forum.  Robert has published articles in various property journals including CoreNet publications and The Finance Director.
