Cancellations
By booking your place at this event you are entering into a binding agreement. Please note that payment is still required for any booking that is cancelled after the cancellation date.
All cancellations must be made in writing to Louise Palmer by fax to +44 (0)20 8652 3887, email eddy.baker@rbi.co.uk or by post to the address below. If you cancel on or before 20th August 2008, a full refund will be given. If you cancel after 21st August, no refund will be given (this includes non-attendance at the summit). You are welcome to substitute a delegate at any time.
Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue and content, or the date and timing of the programme.
In the event that this function is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event and all the Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.
Cancellation of Conference
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible event cancellation or postponement. In any event, the Summit Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc.
